Who can resist a fluffy chocolate cupcake with a creamy dulce de leche filling oozing out of the center? 
Come learn this perfect recipe to impress anyone! Simple, quick and with a flavor that goes straight to the heart.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 1 cup of wheat flour

  • ½ cup cocoa powder

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • ½ teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup oil

  • ½ cup milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • 200g of dulce de leche (firm)

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC and prepare the pan with paper cups.
  • In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
  • Add the eggs, oil, milk and vanilla. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
  • Fill 1/2 of the molds with the dough .
  • Add a teaspoon of dulce de leche to the center of each cupcake liner.
  • Cover with a little more dough, without filling it completely.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean (except for the dulce de leche).
  • Wait for it to cool and finish with sprinkles, powdered sugar or chocolate ganache (optional).
