Ingredients
1/4 cup (tea) of oil
1/4 cup (tea) of water
1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
1/2 cup (tea) of popcorn corn
2 tablespoons of Galak chocolate powder
Yellow food coloring to taste (optional)
Directions
- In a large pan add the popcorn kernels and oil. Cover the pan and place over high heat.
- When the popcorn starts to pop, reduce the heat to medium and stir the pan occasionally until all of the popcorn has popped.
- Place the popcorn in another container. Add the sugar and water to the pan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Add caramel coloring to taste (optional) to the syrup and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring well until it boils and thickens.
- Add the popcorn to the syrup in the pan and stir over low heat until completely coated in the caramelized syrup.
- Add the Galak chocolate powder, mix until smooth and the sweet Galak popcorn is ready.
