Ingredients
1 can of condensed milk
2 milk can measures
2 bars of Galak chocolate/white chocolate, chopped
1 box of cream
1 package of champagne biscuits
1/2 cup cornstarch/maizena
Milk to moisten the cookies

1 bar of Galak chocolate or other white chocolate
Cherries in syrup to taste
Directions
- In a pan off the heat, add condensed milk, milk, cornstarch and mix well.
- Turn the heat to low and stir constantly until the mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
- Turn off the heat, add the chopped Galak chocolate and mix very well until it melts.
- Add the cream, stir to make the mixture homogeneous and reserve the cream until it cools down.
- Spread some of the cream on the bottom of a refractory, then make a layer with champagne biscuits moistened with a little milk.
- Make another layer with the cream, another with moistened cookies and repeat the process until all the cookies are used, finishing with a layer of cream.
- Cover the dessert with plastic film in contact with the surface and leave it in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- Remove the plastic film, finish decorating the pave with pieces of Galak chocolate and cherries in syrup to taste and the dessert is ready.
