Shredded Chicken in the Pressure Cooker in Less Than 30 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of chicken breast

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 3 cloves of minced garlic

  • 1 chopped tomato

  • 1 tablespoon of oil or olive oil

  • 1 chicken bouillon cube

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

  • In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic until golden.
  • Add the chopped tomato and sauté for another 2 minutes.
  • Add the chicken breast, chicken stock cube, salt and pepper.
  • Add water, cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes after pressure is reached.
  • After the time, release the pressure, open the pan and, using two forks, shred the chicken.
  • Mix the chicken well with the cooking broth and adjust the salt, if necessary.
