Ingredients
1 kg of chicken breast
1 chopped onion
3 cloves of minced garlic
1 chopped tomato
1 tablespoon of oil or olive oil
1 chicken bouillon cube
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup water
Directions
- In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic until golden.
- Add the chopped tomato and sauté for another 2 minutes.
- Add the chicken breast, chicken stock cube, salt and pepper.
- Add water, cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes after pressure is reached.
- After the time, release the pressure, open the pan and, using two forks, shred the chicken.
- Mix the chicken well with the cooking broth and adjust the salt, if necessary.
