1 cup of mimoso cornmeal
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
Directions
- In a pan over medium heat add the butter or margarine and wait for it to melt.
- Add the cornmeal, mix well and add a little water little by little while stirring constantly.
- After the cornmeal is cooked and starts to smoke, let it cook for another 5 to 8 minutes, always stirring well.
- Turn off the heat and cover the cornmeal.
