Ingredients

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 1 cup and 1/2 (tea) of wheat flour

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder for cake

  • 1 cup (tea) sugar

  • 1 cup of milk (tea)

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of oil

Directions

  • Add the eggs and sugar to a bowl and then beat well.
  • Add the oil, milk and mix well. 
    Add the wheat flour little by little and keep mixing.
  • Add the baking powder, stir until the dough is homogenized and transfer to a round shape with a hole in the middle.
  • Preheat the oven to 170º₢ and bake the cake for about 40 minutes.
  • Unmold the cake after cooling and it is ready to be cut and served.
