Ingredients
2 whole eggs
1 cup and 1/2 (tea) of wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder for cake
1 cup (tea) sugar
1 cup of milk (tea)
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
Directions
- Add the eggs and sugar to a bowl and then beat well.
- Add the oil, milk and mix well.Â
Add the wheat flour little by little and keep mixing. - Add the baking powder, stir until the dough is homogenized and transfer to a round shape with a hole in the middle.
- Preheat the oven to 170º₢ and bake the cake for about 40 minutes.
- Unmold the cake after cooling and it is ready to be cut and served.
