Ingredients

  • 3 ears of corn

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 1 cup wheat flour

  • 1/2 cup oil

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 tablespoon powdered yeast

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Remove the corn kernels from the cobs and blend in a blender until smooth.
  • In a bowl, mix the beaten corn, sugar, wheat flour, oil, eggs and a pinch of salt. 
    Stir well until all ingredients are incorporated.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Wash the straw well under running water and let it dry.
