1 cup whole milk
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/3 cup powdered milk
Directions
- Place the whole milk in a pan and heat over low heat.
- Add the unsalted butter and stir until the butter is completely melted.
- Add powdered milk and mix until completely dissolved.
- Continue to heat the mixture over low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 20 to 30 minutes or until the mixture begins to thicken and resembles heavy cream.
- Remove from heat and let cool completely before using.
