Ingredients
1 cup of wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter (at room temperature)
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- In a bowl, mix the wheat flour, baking soda and salt.Â
Reserve. - In another bowl, beat the butter, white sugar and brown sugar until you obtain a creamy and homogeneous mixture.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter and sugar mixture.Â
Mix well. - Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the liquid mixture, stirring until everything is well combined.
- Add the chocolate drops to the dough and mix to distribute them evenly.
- Using two tablespoons, make portions of dough and place them on the baking sheet, leaving a space of about 5 cm between each cookie.
- Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- The cookies will still be a little soft in the center, but they will harden as they cool.
- Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cooled, the cookies will be ready to enjoy!
