Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of oil
1 cup of milk
2 cups of wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup chocolate sprinkles or colored sprinkles
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a cake tin with butter and flour.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Add the oil and milk to the mixture and continue beating.
- Gradually add the wheat flour and baking powder, mixing until the dough is well incorporated and there are no lumps.
- Lastly, add the chocolate sprinkles or colored sprinkles and mix gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool before unmolding.
- Serve the anthill cake in pieces and enjoy!
