Russian President Vladimir Putin took an important step towards peace negotiations to end the war. The agent indicated that he intends to dialogue directly with the representatives of Ukraine. The proposition was made on Sunday (11) in a statement broadcast by Kremlin.
Putin’s proposal is for the negotiation table that is scheduled for May 15, next Thursday, in Istanbul, Turkey, is made among countries without pre-conditioning.
As they portray international news agencies, the Russian leader reaffirmed his commitment later at a press conference in which he dealt with the Victory Day ceremony on Nazifascism, which brought together leaders such as Lula and Xi Jinping.
