This cake is ideal for breakfast or an afternoon snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 pot of natural yogurt (170g)

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of oil

  • 2 cups (tea) of sugar

  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1 pinch of salt

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a ring-shaped pan. Sprinkle with wheat flour.
  • In a blender, beat the eggs, yogurt, oil and sugar for 2 minutes, until a homogeneous mixture forms.
  • In a bowl, sift the wheat flour and salt. Pour the mixture from the blender and mix gently with a spatula or whisk.
  • Add the yeast and mix gently until incorporated.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool for 10 minutes and unmold.
