Ingredients
1 pot of natural yogurt (170g)
3 eggs
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
2 cups (tea) of sugar
2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a ring-shaped pan. Sprinkle with wheat flour.
- In a blender, beat the eggs, yogurt, oil and sugar for 2 minutes, until a homogeneous mixture forms.
- In a bowl, sift the wheat flour and salt. Pour the mixture from the blender and mix gently with a spatula or whisk.
- Add the yeast and mix gently until incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for 10 minutes and unmold.
