To make your Portuguese Pizza, use the indicated ingredients and follow the step-by-step preparation instructions.

Ingredients

  • Pizza dough (you can buy ready-made or make your own)

  • Tomato Sauce

  • 200g ham, cut into thin slices

  • 1 medium onion cut into thin slices

  • 2 eggs, boiled and cut into slices

  • Black olives to taste

  • Grated mozzarella cheese to taste

  • Oregano to taste

  • Olive oil

Directions

  • Preheat the oven according to the pizza dough instructions or to 220°C.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface, forming a circle or desired shape.
  • Transfer the dough to a lightly floured baking sheet or pizza stone.
  • Spread an even layer of tomato sauce over the dough.
  • Cover the dough with a generous amount of grated mozzarella cheese.
  • Distribute the ham slices over the cheese.
  • Spread the onion slices, black olives and cut boiled eggs over the pizza.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano to taste.
  • Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake according to the pizza dough instructions or until the dough is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes and serve cut into slices.
