Creamy Coconut Pavé with Chocolate Wafer

This creamy coconut pavé with chocolate wafer is one of the most delicious desserts out there!

Ingredients

  • 50g grated coconut

  • 1 glass of coconut milk

  • 1 box of cream

  • 1 box of condensed milk

  • 1 Tang pineapple flavor (or similar)

  • 2 packages of chocolate-filled biscuits

  • Enough milk to moisten the cookies

  • Grated coconut to taste to finish the dessert (optional)

Directions

  • Add condensed milk, cream, coconut milk, pineapple tang or similar and grated coconut to a container.
  • Mix well until homogenized and spread some of the cream on the bottom of a refractory.
  • Make a layer with the chocolate-filled biscuits lightly moistened with milk.
  • Place another layer of cream on top and repeat the process interspersing the layers until all the cookies are used.
  • Finish with a layer of cream, cover and leave the dessert in the fridge for at least 1 hour or until firm.
  • Sprinkle grated coconut to taste over the pavé and the dessert is ready to serve.
