Ingredients
3 eggs
2 boxes of cream
2 cups of fine cornmeal/cornmeal
1 tablespoon of baking powder
200 grams of sugar
100 ml of oil
Directions
- Add the eggs, sugar and oil to a bowl and mix well.
- Add the cornmeal, cream and mix again.
- Add the yeast and mix until the dough is homogeneous.
- Pour the dough into a pan greased with butter and cornmeal.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°₢ for 30 to 40 minutes.
