Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 2 cups of milk

  • 1 cup of chocolate powder

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 tablespoon of butter

  • Caramel sauce (ready or homemade)

Directions

  • In a blender, beat condensed milk, milk, chocolate powder, eggs and butter until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
  • In a pudding mold, pour the caramel sauce and spread it well over the entire surface of the mold.
  • Pour the blender mixture into the mold with the caramel sauce.
  • Cover the mold with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C in a water bath for approximately 1 hour or until the pudding is firm.
  • Remove from oven and let cool completely before unmolding.
