Ingredients
3 eggs
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 cup (tea) of strong warm coffee
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
200 grams of semisweet chocolate
1 box of cream
Directions
- Beat the eggs well in a bowl with a whisk for about 3 minutes.
- Add the sugar, oil, warm coffee and stir until smooth.
- Add the sifted wheat flour, cocoa powder, yeast and stir until smooth.
- Transfer to a greased pan sprinkled with flour or cocoa powder.
- Bake for approximately 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°₢.
- Unmold the cake onto a plate after it has cooled to room temperature.
- Melt the dark chocolate and mix with the cream until smooth.
- Add the topping on top of the cake and it is ready to eat.
