Chicken with Honey and Lemon Sauce

minutesThe preparation of this chicken breast fillet is done in a few minutes, the recipe takes few ingredients and the result is surprising, the fillets are involved in a velvety, slightly sweet and delicious sauce.
Ingredients
500g chicken fillet
1/4 cup (tea) flour
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove of garlic
1/4 cup (tea) honey
200ml boiling water
1 chicken broth tablet
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 cup (tea) lemon juice
black pepper to taste
parsley to taste
parsley to taste
salt to taste
Directions
- Slice each chicken breast horizontally to form 4 steaks total.Â
Season each side of the chicken with salt and pepper. - Put the flour on a plate.Â
Dredge the chicken in the flour, shaking off the excess. - In a skillet, over medium heat, add butter and oil.Â
Add the chicken and fry until golden brown.Â
Turn and fry the other side until golden brown, then transfer to a plate and set aside. - Stir the chicken stock into the boiling water.
- In the same skillet in which you browned the chicken, add the garlic and sauté.
- Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.Â
Use a spatula to scrape the bottom of the pan. - Add honey, lemon juice and soy sauce.Â
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until thickened. - Put the chicken breasts back in the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and transfer to a refractory.
- Strain the sauce, if desired.
- To serve, pour the sauce over the chicken and garnish with chopped parsley.
