English football club Tottenham Hotspur signed this Monday (01.Jul.2024) a partnership with bookmaker BetMGM. The deal covers the club’s men’s and women’s teams, making the company the official betting partner, which gives the right to display the brand on the men’s team’s training uniforms for 3 years. Financial details have not been officially disclosed.

The BetMGM brand will be visible across multiple Tottenham platforms and events, including LED and big screen displays at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, the team’s home ground.

Ryan Norys, Chief Revenue Officer at Tottenham Hotspur, celebrated the partnership. “We are thrilled to announce this partnership with BetMGM. The values ​​of the club and BetMGM align exceptionally well through a competitive spirit while continuing to strive for greatness.”

In addition to Tottenham, BetMGM has a deal with Wolverhampton Wanderers, another Premier League club. In England, deals between clubs and betting platforms have been growing despite the self-imposed ban on front-of-shirt sponsorships that will be implemented in the 2026/2027 season. However, sponsorships on training kits and sleeves are exempt from this ban.
