Ingredients
50ml of oil
2 whole eggs
2 big apples
Juice of 1/2 lemon
3/4 cup (tea) of sugar
1 and 1/2 cup wheat flour
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder (Baking Powder)
1 tablespoon sugar
Icing sugar to finish
Directions
- Pique an apple with the skin and discard the core with the seeds.
- Transfer the chopped unpeeled apple to a blender, peel the second apple and place the peel in the blender.
- Cut the peeled apple into cubes and place in a bowl.Â
Put the lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of sugar, stir well and set aside. - Add the eggs, 3/4 cup of sugar, the oil to the blender and beat well.
- Add the wheat flour to a bowl, add the blender mixture and add the baking powder.
- Stir the ingredients well, add the chopped apple with the lemon juice and stir again until smooth.
- Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet with butter or margarine and wheat flour.
- Bake the cake for approximately 40 to 50 minutes in an oven preheated to 180º₢.
- Wait for the apple cake to cool down before unmolding it, sprinkle with icing sugar and it’s ready to serve.
