Ingredients

  • 150g salted butter

  • 3 cups of flour

  • 100 ml of ice water

  • 2 yolks

  • Milk cream

  • 5 a 8 bananas

  • 1 pot of cream

  • 2 spoons of sugar

  • Cinnamon to sprinkle

Directions

  • In a container, mix 150g of butter with 3 cups of flour;
  • Add 100ml of ice water with 2 egg yolks and mix;
  • Wrap in a plastic and leave it in the fridge for 1 hour;
  • Open the dough in a shape and make holes;
  • Bake at 220 degrees for until golden;
  • Add dulce de leche;
  • Add sliced ​​bananas;
  • Add 1 pot of whipped cream with 2 spoons of sugar (or fresh cream);
  • Take it to the fridge for 30 minutes and sprinkle cinnamon powder;
