Ingredients
3 whole eggs
1 box of cream
1 box of condensed milk
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 and 1/2 cup cornmeal
1 pinch of salt
Directions
- In a blender add the eggs, cream, condensed milk, cornmeal and salt.
Cover and beat for 2 minutes. - Add the baking soda and beat just to mix.
Then pass the mixture to a greased shape and sprinkled with cornmeal. - In a preheated oven at 180º₢ bake the cake for about 40 to 45 minutes.
- After the cornmeal girl cake has cooled down, use a knife on the sides to unmold and it can be served.
