Trump will talk about electronic voting machines in speech

The President of the United States, Donald Trump (Republican Party), will make a statement to the nation on Thursday (July 16, 2026) to address alleged vulnerabilities in electronic voting machines and present recently declassified intelligence information about the 2020 election. The information was released by a North American government official to Reuters on Monday (13.Jul.2026), under condition of anonymity.

The speech will be broadcast on national television. In his speech, Trump must once again claim that he was defeated by Democrat Joe Biden in 2020 due to large-scale electoral fraud.

The allegation of fraud was rejected by courts, election audits and the Department of Justice during Trump’s first term. None of these instances found evidence of irregularities, including tampering with electronic voting machines.
