Ingredients
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of rice flour
1 tablespoon melted butter
3 tablespoons of hydrated tapioca
Ground meat to taste
Mozzarella to taste
Directions
- Mix the egg, salt and hydrated tapioca well in a bowl. Add the rice flour and melted butter and mix again.
- Add half of the dough to a buttered frying pan. Add the ground beef and mozzarella to taste on top.
- Cover the filling with the remaining dough on top, place over low heat and cover the pan.
- Let the sandwich bake in the pan until it hardens and turns golden brown on the bottom. Then turn it over with a spatula.
- Cover the pan again and cook the other side of the snack for a few minutes, until golden brown.
- Remove it with the spatula, transfer the tapioca snack to a plate and it is ready to cut and serve.
