Crispy Chicken with Pepper Sauce (Pringles Breaded)

Ingredients
500 grams chicken strips
1 pack of Pringles or similar
1 cup wheat flour (tea)
2 whole eggs
Salt to taste
Paprika to taste
Black pepper to taste
Onion powder to taste
- Pepper Sauce
1 tablespoon(s) pepper
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
Directions
- In a container place the chicken in strips and season with onion powder, paprika, black pepper and salt to taste.
Mix well and set aside for at least 2 hours. - Break the eggs into a bowl, beat them well with a fork or whisk until the mixture is homogenized and set aside as well.
- Grind the Pringles potatoes with a food processor or blender.
Place the flour in one dish and the crushed Pringles potatoes in another. - Pass the chicken strips in the wheat flour, then in the beaten eggs and then in the crushed Pringles potatoes to coat.
- Bake the chickens in the air fryer or in a conventional oven preheated to 200º₢ for approximately 20 minutes.
- To make the sauce, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup and pepper well in a small bowl.
- Remove the roasted chickens from the air fryer or conventional oven and they are ready to serve with the pepper sauce.
