Ingredients
3 whole eggs
2 cups and 1/2 (tea) of milk
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon chemical baking powder
1/2 cup (tea) cornstarch
1/2 cup wheat (tea)
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
3/4 cup (tea) cocoa powder
Directions
- Add the eggs, sugar to the blender and beat well.
Add the oil, milk, wheat flour, corn starch, chocolate powder and beat again. - Add the baking powder and whisk quickly to mix.
Then pour the mass into a greased and infarcted shape. - Take the cake to the preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake it for approximately 60 minutes.
- Carefully remove the cake from the oven and let it cool.
Develop if you prefer and the chocolate cake is ready to serve.
