Ingredients
3 whole eggs
3 tablespoons of melted butter
2 cups cornstarch (cornstarch)
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup (tea) of milk
1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
Directions
- Add the eggs, milk, sugar, melted butter, grated parmesan cheese, cornstarch, yeast to the blender and beat for 2 minutes.
- Pour the liquid mass into a greased and floured baking dish.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
- Unmold the cake after it has cooled to room temperature and the cornstarch cake can now be cut and served.
