In addition to its flavor, the blender cornstarch cake is made with simple ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 3 whole eggs

  • 3 tablespoons of melted butter

  • 2 cups cornstarch (cornstarch)

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of milk

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar

Directions

  • Add the eggs, milk, sugar, melted butter, grated parmesan cheese, cornstarch, yeast to the blender and beat for 2 minutes.
  • Pour the liquid mass into a greased and floured baking dish.
  • Place in a preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
  • Unmold the cake after it has cooled to room temperature and the cornstarch cake can now be cut and served.
