Ingredients
3 ears of corn
1 cup of sugar
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
1 tablespoon powdered yeast
Salt to taste
Directions
- Remove the corn kernels from the cobs and blend in a blender until smooth.
- In a bowl, mix the beaten corn, sugar, wheat flour, oil, eggs and a pinch of salt.
Stir well until all ingredients are incorporated. - Preheat the oven to 180°C.
