In a few simple steps you can prepare a delicious cheesecake!

Ingredients

  • 2 yolks

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1 box of condensed milk

  • 1/4 cup (tea) of water

  • 100 grams of grated coconut

  • 50 grams of grated parmesan

Directions

  • In a container add the grated coconut, water and stir well to hydrate.
  • Put the condensed milk, butter, egg yolks, grated parmesan and mix well.
  • Transfer to a greased or lined baking sheet and place inside a larger shape with a finger of water.
  • Bake in a bain-marie in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 40 minutes, or until the queijadinha is golden on top.
  • Leave the dessert in the fridge for a few hours, unmold and the queijadinha is ready.
