Ingredients
2 yolks
1 tablespoon butter
1 box of condensed milk
1/4 cup (tea) of water
100 grams of grated coconut
50 grams of grated parmesan
Directions
- In a container add the grated coconut, water and stir well to hydrate.
- Put the condensed milk, butter, egg yolks, grated parmesan and mix well.
- Transfer to a greased or lined baking sheet and place inside a larger shape with a finger of water.
- Bake in a bain-marie in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 40 minutes, or until the queijadinha is golden on top.
- Leave the dessert in the fridge for a few hours, unmold and the queijadinha is ready.
