Follow the recipe for pressure-cooked ribs and learn how to make this traditional and tasty cut of meat!

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 3 large onions

  • 2 kilos of beef ribs

  • 2 calabrese sausages

  • Seasonings to taste

  • Parsley to taste

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Add seasonings to taste to the ribs cut into large cuts.
  • Make a layer of sliced ​​onions in the pressure cooker.
  • Place a layer of ribs and sliced ​​Calabrian sausages on top.
  • Make another layer of onion rings, another of meat and add the chopped garlic.
  • Finish by placing the remaining pepperoni and sliced ​​onions on top.
  • Cover the pan, heat over medium to low heat and, once it reaches pressure, cook for 40 minutes.
  • Remove the lid after the pressure releases, add parsley to taste and the ribs are ready.
