Ingredients
3 cloves of garlic
3 large onions
2 kilos of beef ribs
2 calabrese sausages
Seasonings to taste
Parsley to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
- Add seasonings to taste to the ribs cut into large cuts.
- Make a layer of sliced onions in the pressure cooker.
- Place a layer of ribs and sliced Calabrian sausages on top.
- Make another layer of onion rings, another of meat and add the chopped garlic.
- Finish by placing the remaining pepperoni and sliced onions on top.
- Cover the pan, heat over medium to low heat and, once it reaches pressure, cook for 40 minutes.
- Remove the lid after the pressure releases, add parsley to taste and the ribs are ready.
