Made with just a few ingredients, it is a versatile option that can be used as a starter, snack or even as a sandwich filling. Its creamy texture and strong flavor make it an irresistible choice for many occasions, from a special breakfast to a party or informal meeting.

Ingredients

  • 200g chopped ham

  • 150g cream cheese or creamy cottage cheese

  • 1 tablespoon of cream (optional, to adjust the texture)

  • 1 teaspoon mustard (optional, for a special touch)

  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

  • In a food processor or blender, add the chopped ham, cream cheese, and mustard (if desired). Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • If the mixture is too thick, add the cream little by little until you reach the desired consistency.
  • Taste the pâté and adjust the salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the pâté to a container and top with chopped parsley for decoration. Serve with bread, toast or as a side dish for snacks.
