To make your green corn curau, use the ingredients from the list below and follow the instructions for preparation.

Ingredients

  • 8 ears of green corn

  • 1 liter of milk

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

  • Cinnamon powder to taste

Directions

  • Remove the corn from 8 ears of green corn;
  • In a blender, add the corns;
  • Add the milk;
  • Add 1 cup sugar;
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon salt;
  • Beat well;
  • Transfer to a pan, through a sieve;
  • Take to the fire until it thickens and bubbles (always mixing);
  • Transfer to a platter;
  • Add ground cinnamon to taste;
  • Your curau is ready!
