Ingredients
70 ml of water
Juice of 1 lemon
Bacon or rice seasoning (optional)
600g of panga, hake or tilapia fillet
Enough wheat flour for breading
Lemon to taste for squeezing
Chimichurri to taste
Salt to taste

Directions
- In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, water, chimichurri to taste, salt to taste and Sazón (optional). Set aside.
- Cut the fish into strips of your preferred thickness and let them marinate in the liquid seasoning for 10 minutes.
- Coat the seasoned fish pieces in wheat flour until both sides are coated.
- Roll the pieces in the palms of your hands into a roll shape and roll them again in flour.
- In a pan, heat enough oil to completely cover the fish.
- Place the fish one by one in the hot oil and let them fry until golden brown to your preferred point.
- Remove the fish fillets with a slotted spoon, let the excess oil drain and transfer them to a plate.
- Finish by squeezing lemon juice to taste over the fried fish strips and they are ready to serve.
