Ingredients
3 eggs
2 cups wheat flour (tea)
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup cocoa powder (or chocolate)
240 ml warm milk
120 ml of oil
Directions
- Mix the eggs, warm milk, oil, powdered chocolate and sugar by hand or with a mixer.
- Add the wheat flour and mix again.
Put the baking soda and stir until the mass homogenizes. - Pour the dough into a greased mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for 40 minutes.
- After the chocolate cake is ready, let it cool, unmold and serve as you prefer.
