1 can of green corn (drained)
1 can of milk (use the corn can as a measure)
3 eggs
1/2 cup of oil
1 and 1/2 cups of sugar
1 and 1/2 cups corn flour
1 cup of wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a blender, beat the corn, milk, eggs and oil until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- In a bowl, mix the sugar, corn flour, wheat flour and baking powder.
- Add the blender mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
- Pour the dough into a greased and floured pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool before unmolding.
