Ingredients

  • Pasta
  • 450g wheat flour

  • 75g of sugar

  • 60g of butter

  • 4 g of salt

  • 170g warm milk

  • 2 eggs

  • 5g of biological yeast

  • Filling
  • 60g of butter

  • 120g refined sugar

  • 20g brown sugar

  • Cinnamon to taste

  • Frosting
  • 100g de creamcheese

  • 60g of sugar

  • 20g of milk

  • 20ml of whiskey

Directions

  • In a bowl, add the wheat flour;
  • Add sugar and salt;
  • Mix;
  • Add the butter and mix;
  • In a bowl, add the yeast;
  • Add the warm milk and mix;
  • Add the egg;
  • Mix and knead the dough for 2 minutes;
  • In a bowl, add oil;
  • Place the dough;
  • Cover and let rest for 2 hours;
  • Sprinkle flour on dough;
  • Open the dough;
  • Add butter and spread;
  • Add powdered sugar and cinnamon;
  • Roll up the dough;
  • Cut and add in a greased form and let it grow for 40 minutes;
  • Take it to bake;
  • In a bowl, add sugar, creamcheese, milk and whiskey;
  • Mix well;
  • Add on top;
  • Your CINNAMON ROLLS is ready!
