Ingredients
200g white chocolate (can be bars or drops)
1 can of condensed milk (approximately 395g)
1 tablespoon ice cream emulsifier
1 tablespoon whipped cream powder (found in confectionery stores)
Gel food coloring (optional, for coloring)
Directions
- Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Be sure to stir frequently to prevent the chocolate from burning. Let it cool a little.
- In a bowl, mix the condensed milk and ice cream emulsifier. Beat this mixture with a mixer at medium speed for about 5 minutes, or until the mixture is very creamy and has volume.
- Add the melted white chocolate to the mixture and continue beating until everything is well incorporated.
- Add the whipped cream powder and continue beating until you get a firm and consistent cream.
- If desired, add gel food coloring to add color to the whipped cream. Mix well until you get the desired color.
- If the whipped cream is too soft, place it in the fridge for a few minutes to firm up before using.
