Transform Your Dinner with This Amazing Cauliflower Rice!

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/2 chopped onion

  • 1 clove of minced garlic

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional seasonings (parsley, chives, peppers)

Directions

  • Wash and cut the cauliflower into smaller pieces. Use a food processor or grate the cauliflower to make small pieces that resemble rice.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion until translucent.
  • Add the chopped garlic and sauté for another 1 minute.
  • Add the grated cauliflower, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
  • Cook for about 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown.
  • If desired, add extra seasonings such as parsley or chives for a special touch.
  • Serve as a side dish with meat or vegetables!
