Use your Avocado Smoothie using the ingredients from the list below and following the step-by-step instructions.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 cup of milk (can be almond milk or other plant-based milk)

  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)

  • Ice to taste

Directions

  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and skin.
  • Cut the banana into pieces.
  • Place the avocado, banana, milk and honey in a blender.
  • Beat until the mixture is homogeneous.
  • Add ice to taste and blend again until the smoothie is thick and creamy.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
