This 3-ingredient fitness brigadeiro provides a delicious sweet treat to enjoy without guilt!

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons of cocoa

  • 2 tablespoons of sweetener

  • 1 liter of cocoa milk protein drink

Directions

  • In a pan, place the protein drink, cocoa, and sweetener and cook over low heat.
  • Stir constantly until creamy or until it comes away from the pan if you want to roll the brigadeiros.
  • Turn off the heat, transfer the candy to another container and let it cool at room temperature.
  • Serve the brigadeiro in small pots or roll the sweets and roll them in grated coconut to taste.
