Ingredients
500 ml of milk
5 tablespoons of water
1 can of condensed milk
1 envelope of colorless gelatin
1/2 cup (tea) of strawberry Nesquik
Directions
- Place the colorless gelatin and water in a pan. Mix well and let it hydrate for 1 minute.
- Stir over low heat until the gelatin dissolves completely, being careful not to let it boil.
- In a blender, add the milk, condensed milk, Nesquik and dissolved gelatin.
- Blend for 2 minutes with the blender covered and transfer the mixture to a bowl.
- Cover the dessert, refrigerate for at least 2 hours, until firm.
- Serve the creamy dessert on a plate of your choice and it is ready to eat.
