How to Make Strawberry Fitness Mousse

With this strawberry fitness mousse you are guaranteed a delicious and easy-to-make dessert!
Ingredients
50g of xylitol
50ml skimmed milk
500g of strawberries
2 sheets of gelatin
1 glass of natural yogurt
200ml of warm water
Directions
- Cut the gelatin sheets and place them in a container. Add warm water and mix well.
- Add the strawberries, gelatin, xylitol, yogurt and skimmed milk to the blender.
- Blend for a few minutes with the blender covered until the mixture is homogenized.
- Transfer to a container, cover with plastic wrap and leave in the refrigerator for 4 hours or more.
- Serve the strawberry mousse when it is firmer and colder.
