Ingredients
200g finely chopped white chocolate
1 can of whey-free cream (300g)
3 egg whites
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Directions
- Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave, taking care not to burn it.
- Add butter to melted chocolate and mix well until smooth.
- In another bowl, beat the egg whites, gradually adding the sugar.
- Add the cream to the melted chocolate and mix gently.
- Then add the egg whites to the mixture, gently incorporating them until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Pour the mousse into glasses or a large container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, until set.
- Serve the mousse chilled and, if desired, decorate with chocolate shavings.
