See the ingredients needed to prepare your White Chocolate Mousse.


  • 200g finely chopped white chocolate

  • 1 can of whey-free cream (300g)

  • 3 egg whites

  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter


  • Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave, taking care not to burn it.
  • Add butter to melted chocolate and mix well until smooth.
  • In another bowl, beat the egg whites, gradually adding the sugar.
  • Add the cream to the melted chocolate and mix gently.
  • Then add the egg whites to the mixture, gently incorporating them until the mixture is homogeneous.
  • Pour the mousse into glasses or a large container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, until set.
  • Serve the mousse chilled and, if desired, decorate with chocolate shavings.
