This turkey breast pâté recipe is the perfect accompaniment to toast and bread!


  • 100 grams of turkey breast

  • 1/2 cup of cottage cheese

  • 1/2 small onion

  • Chopped parsley to taste

  • Salt to taste (optional)


  • Add the chopped turkey breast to a food processor or blender and blend until the consistency you prefer. 
    Remove and book.
  • Add the chopped onion and grind as much as you can. 
    Then transfer the turkey breast, onion, cottage cheese and parsley to a container.
  • Add salt to taste and optionally, mix well with a spoon and the turkey breast pâté is ready to serve.
