Tapioca Bread in the Air Fryer

The simplicity of this tapioca bread in the air fryer easily wins us over!

Ingredients

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of hydrated tapioca

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of grated mozzarella

  • 1 pinch of salt

Directions

  • Add the hydrated tapioca, egg and salt to a container and mix well.
  • Add the yeast and grated mozzarella, mix again and pour into molds.
  • Place the molds in the air fryer or in a conventional oven preheated to 200°₢.
  • Bake for approximately 15 minutes, until the breads are well cooked inside and golden brown.
  • Unmold the rolls after they have cooled and they are ready to serve.
