3 cups wheat flour
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine at room temperature
1 egg
1 tablespoon powdered yeast
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
4 ripe bananas cut into slices

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.Â
Unite a medium rectangular shape with butter or margarine and sprinkle with wheat flour. - In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and ground cinnamon.
- Add the butter at room temperature and mix with your fingers until you form a thick crumb.Â
Add the egg and mix well until a homogeneous mass is formed. - Put half the dough in the mold and press with your hands to cover the bottom of the mold.Â
Cover the dough with the banana slices. - In another bowl, mix the sugar, wheat flour, butter at room temperature and cinnamon powder until you form a thick crumb.Â
Spread this farofa over the bananas. - Cover the farofa with the rest of the dough, pressing with your hands to cover well.
- Take it to the oven for about 40 minutes, or until the cuca is golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
