Anyone who tries this prestigious pave will want the recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of milk

  • 1 cup cocoa powder (powdered)

  • 2 cans of condensed milk

  • 2 cans of cream

  • 3 sifted yolks

  • 6 tablespoons cornstarch/cornstarch

  • 175 grams of cornstarch biscuits

  • 100 grams of grated coconut

  • grated coconut to taste to decorate

Directions

  • In a pan, place 1 condensed milk, 3 spoons of cornstarch, grated coconut, 500 ml of milk, egg yolks and stir over low heat until thickened.
  • Turn off the heat, add 1 cream of milk, mix very well and set aside until it cools down.
  • In another pan, add 1 can of condensed milk, 3 tablespoons of cornstarch and mix well.
  • Add the chocolate powder and 500 ml of milk, mix over low heat until thickened and turn off the heat.
  • Put 1 cream of milk, stir very well and set aside until the mixture cools down.
  • On a platter place 1 layer of the prestige cream, soak the cookies in the milk and cover all the cream with them.
  • Make a layer of chocolate and repeat the whole process until you fill the tray completely.
  • Decorate the dessert with grated coconut on top, leave it in the fridge for at least 3 hours and the prestige pave is ready.
