Ingredients
1 passion fruit
1 tablespoon chemical yeast
1 cup (200ml) and 1/2 sugar
1 and 1/2 cup (240 ml) all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons of butter
3 whole eggs
Directions
- Put the butter, sugar, eggs in a container and beat the ingredients well.
- Add the passion fruit pulp and stir well, then add the wheat flour and stir again.
- Add the yeast and stir until the dough is uniform.
Grease a mold on the sides and bottom with butter and add the dough. - Place in a preheated oven at 240º₢ and bake the cake for approximately 40 minutes.
- After the passion fruit cake has cooled, unmold it if you want and it is ready to serve.
